Saw this Zuma Series of photographs by John Divola at the Under the Big Black Sun exhibit currently going on at MOCA today. The duality of desolate homes and breath-taking Zuma Beach sunsets are just beautifully captured through the saturation of both color palettes. Love it.

It’s a great privilege to be able to work with John this final quarter of college, on my own photography work. It’s one of those things where it’s almost surreal, that you’re working with an established artist/photographer who has had gallery shows worldwide from the US to Japan to Australia. He’s definitely an awesome individual to work with, very helpful and “chill.”
